If you are a HUNTERS Client, you can expect us to coach you and advocate your interests through the claims process to achieve satisfactory resolution without delay. We also offer these services separately for a fee.
Reporting to the board or its representative, we put you in control by:
- Helping you craft the claim or potential claim submission document. Preperation and thought at the front end - improves the end result.
- Outlining the entire claims handling process and diarizing dead-line requirements.
- Giving you the heads-up as to any potential coverage issues and illuminating dispute resolution options. We have a lawyer on staff to enhance your view and strategy.
- If necessary, getting all parties to the table for reasonable resolution.
We are ready when you need us the most. For emergencies, we make ourselves available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Until claims are resolved to their satisfaction - Clients can expect us to be on their side actively pursuing their interests.
