If you are a HUNTERS Client, you can expect us to coach you and advocate your interests through the claims process to achieve satisfactory resolution without delay. We also offer these services separately for a fee.

To be an effective coach and, if necessary, an effective advocate for our Clients at claim time, we have built a claims handling framework that is ready to respond when a claim is reported.

We put you in the driver’s seat by explaining the entire process up-front, helping you collate necessary information, diarizing dead-line requirements and illuminating dispute resolution options.

In the event you must leave your home, HUNTERS will make our Claim survival kits available to you as soon as we arrive on site and direct you to alternate living arrangements that will live up to your standards.

HUNTERS network of qualified resources ranging from contractors to art restoration experts will be made available to you throughout the process.

In the event a claim goes sideways, HUNTERS intervenes with insurers, solves administrative problems and through experience can get all parties to the table for reasonable resolution.
